At Dropp, the work moves fast, and so will your career. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our fulfillment center. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The ideal candidate brings prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or 3PL setting, with strong organizational and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, pick-and-pack, and shipping. Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and accuracy goals. Monitor workflow and adjust labor resources to meet demand fluctuations. Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across the warehouse floor. Collaborate with managers to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. Assist with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and WMS usage. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate team members. Familiarity with WMS systems, RF scanners, and warehouse workflows. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
