Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Case Picker to join our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced food distribution facility. The Case Picker is responsible for accurately selecting and staging customer orders using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and stack food products based on order sheets or RF scanner instructions
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) safely and efficiently
• Build stable pallets and properly stage orders for shipment
• Verify product codes, quantities, and lot numbers for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and warehouse safety guidelines
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have Pallet Jack Experience
• Must have prior cold storage experience
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Freezer experience required

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
