We are partnering exclusively with our oil and gas client to find a detail-oriented Training Coordinator who can serve as backup to the lead Coordinator for occasional in-person new hire sessions. These sessions introduce employees to the company’s culture, business strategy, and key organizational insights, helping them establish a strong foundation in their roles.
As the Training Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the session runs seamlessly by managing logistics, providing technical support, and assisting with interactive activities. This is a part-time, as-needed role.
Key Responsibilities:
Start Date: Mid April
Schedule: Part-time hours on an as needed basis.
Shadow a session on April 22, lead a session on May 20, with additional sessions running June 17, July 22, August 19, September 23, October 21, November 18, and December 9. Each session runs 4 hours, plus 30 minutes for prep and wrap-up, starting at 8:00 a.m. CT.
Location: Onsite in Spring, TX
Experience Required:
The pay range for this is $35.00 to $45.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
