Personal Trainer – Alloy Personal Training (Sawtelle, Los Angeles)

About Alloy : Alloy Personal Training is a results-driven boutique fitness franchise known for its science-based, small-group personal training model. Our West LA location is growing, and we're looking for a passionate, skilled trainer to join our team.

Role Overview You'll deliver Alloy's proven training program to small groups (6 clients), providing a personalized experience in a premium environment. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for a trainer looking for consistent, well-compensated hours.

Responsibilities

Lead small-group personal training sessions using Alloy's structured programming
Conduct fitness assessments and set client goals in accountability sessions
Track client progress and adjust programming as needed
Build strong client relationships that drive retention and referrals
Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment
Communicate professionally with management staff
Attend community events

Qualifications

Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification (required)
3–4+ years of personal training experience preferred
Strong understanding of resistance training, mobility, and functional movement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Can work Saturday mornings
