Key Responsibilities Create a welcoming, trust‑based environment for patients. Conduct hearing evaluation consultations and educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions. Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories and provide long‑term after‑care services. Meet and exceed individual performance goals, tracking KPIs such as conversion, revenue, and follow‑up compliance. Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts and maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs, accept coaching, and implement feedback quickly. Demonstrate ownership of personal results.
