Engage with them!Greet, tour, show, close on all qualified future residents.Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualification standards.Perform outreach and online marketing. Engage and participate in Resident Events.Manage fair housing, regulatory and compliance related services.Walk the property and clean up the office and model apartments as needed.Who you are:1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting or 2 years’ experience in customer service experienceMust be consistently detail oriented.Strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal skills.Ability to listen and understand goals.Ability to think creatively and innovatively.Knowledge of ResMan a plusValid driver license and auto liability insurance is requiredMust have reliable transportationYour core values:Positive attitudeOutstanding customer service; able to consistently surprise and delight our residentsA true team player - willing to work and support at all levelsOur Hours:9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday; closed, Sunday.
