This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it’s about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Previous experience is not required; if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train. Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license Vehicle required Personal smart phone technology required Compensation $18-22 per hour.
