RESPONSIBILITIES

The Certified Personal Trainer will focus on providing individualized fitness training for clients in their homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor spaces, fostering their journey toward fitness objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing tailored workout programs based on Initial Assessments.
• Using the Svetness Fitness App for all client dealings, including session notes and programming.
• Demonstrating exercises and ensuring clients perform them correctly, offering modifications as necessary.
• Conducting client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintaining a schedule of client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Providing a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
• Commuting to client sessions within a distance of up to 45 minutes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Personal Trainer: Credentials must be accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Up-to-date certifications for client safety.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience in personal training.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to convey information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Nutritional knowledge: Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise: Familiarity with various exercise techniques and equipment.
• Physical capability: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, along with performing athletic calisthenics.
• Personal equipment: Possession of basic personal training equipment for client sessions, as clients may not always have access to necessary tools.
• Reliable transportation: Capability to travel to client locations as required.
