Join a leading general contractor specializing in marine park construction. We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to support construction projects along Florida's coast. We focus on various types of marine and site construction projects, including beach access structures, marinas, seawall installation, and concrete work. Experience in Marine Construction is a plus


What you'll do

• Safely operate heavy equipment including a Excavator, Skidsteer, and Loader
• Load, unload, and haul construction equipment between shop, yard, and job sites
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and small equipment
• Assist with site setup , equipment operation, and basic labor as needed
• Maintain accurate delivery and maintenance records
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized worksite.
• Collaborate with team members to complete project tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow supervisor direction to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively in a marine construction environment.
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
• Travel to job sites as required; housing and per diem compensation will be provided.

Qualifications

Definite Requirements:

• MUST BE Experienced at operating an excavator
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and work outdoors in variable conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Adherence to a drug-free workplace policy.

The pay range for this role is:

22 - 30 USD per hour (Daytona Beach, Florida)
