Encompass LOS Administrator
Location Tempe, Arizona | Hybrid (Mon, Tue, Thu Onsite; Wed, Fri Remote)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $85,000–$110,000 base salary (higher end for SDK/plugin experience)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Direct Hire, W2
ROLE IMPACT
The Encompass LOS Administrator serves as the primary system owner for the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS), supporting origination through post-closing operations across a multi-state, multi-branch mortgage platform. This role ensures system stability, compliance, automation, and user efficiency while leading the migration to Encompass Web. Success is defined by system reliability, regulatory accuracy, seamless integrations, and strong internal user satisfaction—particularly among loan officers and operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain Encompass settings including business rules, field triggers, custom input forms, workflow automation, loan programs, product/pricing, and rate lock policies.
• Administer eFolder structure, automated document management, investor delivery templates, personas, user roles, and security permissions.
• Lead and support migration from Encompass Desktop to Encompass Web, including configuration of custom web workflows and enhanced conditions.
• Manage system upgrades, ICE Mortgage Technology releases, sandbox testing, and production rollouts.
• Oversee third-party integrations (credit, AUS, document preparation, compliance, flood, title, closing) including SDK plugins, API connections, and Marketplace tools.
• Ensure LOS configuration supports TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure), HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act), ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act), and RESPA compliance.
• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards; support HMDA data validation and annual submission.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across branches; develop training materials and system documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable system enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of Encompass LOS administration experience including business rules, custom forms, workflows, reporting, and user access management.
• ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass Administrator Certification (required).
• Strong knowledge of the residential mortgage lifecycle and federal lending regulations (TRID, HMDA, ECOA, RESPA).

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience.
• Experience with SDK development, custom plugins, or advanced API integrations.
• Experience supporting a multi-state, multi-branch lending organization.
