Night Shifts Only | Weekends Required
This is not a standing-around job. We are building a professional security team for a high-volume
nightlife venue. If you can’t handle pressure, crowds, or confrontation—do not apply.
We are looking for individuals who are:
• Physically present and command respect
• Calm under pressure and skilled at de-escalation
• Reliable—no excuses, no last-minute call-outs
• Able to read situations before they escalate
Role Includes:
• Door control & ID verification
• Crowd management inside and outside the venue
• Removing problem guests professionally
• Coordinating with management & law enforcement
• Protecting staff, guests, and the brand
Minimum Requirements:
• 21+ with valid ID
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Weekend & late-night availability required
• Must be able to stand for long hours
Preferred:
• Experience in nightlife or high-traffic venues
• Strong communication presence
