E-Commerce Product Photographer & Editor

Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8 hour days

100% onsite in Park City, UT (Jeremy Ranch)

About Powered by MRP

Our headquarters is minutes from world-class skiing, but the real draw is our trajectory. After years of bootstrapped growth, we recently closed a major Series A funding round led by Aries Capital Partners and Swell Collective. More information can be found here about how we disrupt the industry and how our investors share our vision.

This is strategic backing from people who know how to scale market-defining companies. We believe the people building the company should own it. That’s why our employees are stakeholders. Beyond base, uncapped commissions, and equity, we offer comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k), paid time off, and clear pathways to senior roles.

Job Overview:

Powered by MRP is building the first end-to-end marketplace providing the world’s largest selection of new and pre-owned medical equipment, pharma, supplies, and managed services from the MedTech industry’s top companies. Our cutting-edge technology-driven marketplace helps medical providers streamline operations, generate new revenue, and lower equipment and supply costs. We are looking for a skilled eCommerce Specialist to join our team and expand our marketplace.

We are seeking a talented E-Commerce Product Photographer & Editor to join our expanding team and support the growth of our aesthetic laser device marketplace. Working directly within the e-commerce department, you will lead the end-to-end visual asset pipeline—from high-quality studio photography to rapid image editing and optimization. Your primary objective will be to deliver pristine digital assets on an efficient timeline, enabling our listing team to seamlessly onboard new inventory onto our digital storefront.

At MRP you’ll work where the start-up feel meets the security of a dominating market position. Our culture values grit, teamwork, curiosity, trust, and recognition. If these values resonate with you, read on!

Job Responsibilities:

  • High proficiency with photography equipment, lighting, and Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Shoot high-quality product photos of inventory and edit them with a fast turnaround time to ensure the e-commerce team can list items quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with the e-commerce listing team to deliver clean, optimized, and well-organized visual assets.
  • Assist with managing and organizing digital assets for the Shopify platform.
  • Utilize internal office communication, email, and task management software efficiently.
  • Driving commercial and operational improvement initiatives across regional digital and eCommerce domains.
  • Ability to work in an incentivized-based driven environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using a camera, lenses, and studio lighting equipment to shoot physical inventory.
  • Strong skills in digital image editing—high proficiency editing images quickly and efficiently with software such as Adobe Photoshop to enhance product images for better visual appeal.
  • Familiarity with major eCommerce Platforms, specifically Shopify, for asset management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently or in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing visual assets within Shopify and/or WordPress workflows.
  • Experienced in utilizing task management tools like Jira.
  • Embraces teamwork and excels in dynamic work environments.
  • Commits to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation packages and a comprehensive benefits plan, including:

  • Health Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • 401K
  • Healthcare FSA & Dependent Care FSA
  • Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
  • Professional Growth and Development Opportunities

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
