We are currently looking for a Chief Engineer for the Resilient MEO Missile Warning and Tracking (RMWT) Ground Management and Integration (GMI) program. The CE will be responsible for establishing the technical roadmap for the program. In addition, the CE fulfills a vital role in ensuring technical consistency throughout the technical baseline. The Chief Engineer will also be responsible for standing up appropriate approval boards and engineering review processes. The CE may also be asked to run tiger teams, perform root cause analysis, and similar activities when issues arise within the program. The CE will also support proposal activities for various ECPs and Modifications to provide a consistent technical approach across all projects and proposal activity. This includes generating and shepherding ideas for ECPs and modifications to improve the system, working with Program Management to shape customer RFPs and expectations, and designing architectures and implementation approaches that can phase improvements out over multiple years to fit within customer budgets.This position is contingent upon award expected Feb 2026.This position is in Denver, Colorado. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $139,600 - $246,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
