Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established CPA firm client in the North Oklahoma City, OK area to find a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their growing team. This role supports multiple clients and works closely with accountants and CPAs to ensure accurate financial records and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate has a solid bookkeeping foundation, hands-on payroll experience, and enjoys working in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including payroll tax filings and reports
  • Maintain general ledger accounts and perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end close
  • Maintain organized and accurate client financial records
  • Communicate with internal team members and clients regarding accounting matters
Qualifications & Experience
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping and payroll experience
  • Experience working with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Education
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
