Attorney - Estate Planning

Established (30+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Estate Planning Attorney for Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate in Tampa, Florida

 

An established firm based in Tampa, Florida with over 30+ years in practice is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Estate Planning Attorney will have experience with wills, trusts, probate administration, asset protection planning, and estate tax planning, ensuring compliance with Florida law while advising individuals and families on sophisticated wealth transfer and legacy planning matters.

Salary range: $120,000-$180,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
3+ years of experience handling estate planning and probate matters
Demonstrated experience drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
Working knowledge of Florida probate and trust administration procedures
Strong client counseling skills with the ability to explain complex planning concepts clearly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Responsibilities
Draft comprehensive estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning strategies
Manage probate and trust administration matters from inception through resolution
Collaborate with other practice groups on integrated tax, business succession, and asset protection planning
Maintain direct client relationships and provide ongoing advisory support as client needs evolve
