Responsibilities:

• Daily court appearances in Court
• Jail visits to see and advise incarcerated clients
• Frequent and regular contact with clients and their families
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Court & jury trials

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in VA
• Experience in Criminal Law (minimum one year preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in criminal trials, Circuit Court & District Court.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $130,000 per year
